First We Design

We work with our  architects and draughtsmen, interior design specialist to make sure you get a home that not only looks good, but is functional, the home you deserve.

We meticulously plan every aspect of your project so you know exactly how your home will be renovated or built.

Then we price

Our pricing is transparent, accurate and guaranteed. When we submit our price it is our promise to you that this is what it will cost to build your home or extension.

If we are awarded a contract we can help with drawings/plans, building control/regs, planning permission, thames water build over agreements, party wall agreements and interior design is requested:

With your involvement, we can give you as much guidance as you require and at an early stage, can illustrate how your new home could look. We also work collaboratively with external award winning architects and interior designers to ensure that your dream home becomes a reality.

Local to the Radlett, Shenley and St Albans areas C&C CONSTRUCTION LONDON LTD have over 16 years of experience in home building and construction, we add quality and value to your existing property. Overseeing the project from start to finish enables us to keep control.
